At Hair & So On Co., our goal is to create beautiful results while maintaining the health and integrity of your hair. We value clear communication, mutual respect, and a positive experience for every guest.


For the comfort and clarity of both our guests and stylists, all salon policies (which will be sent to you after making a client profile) must be reviewed and signed before services begin. This allows us to deliver a seamless, elevated experience from start to finish.


Card on File & Cancellation Policy

A card is required to book an appointment, Your card will only be charged if:

  1. the cancellation policy needs to be enforced, or
  2. I request the card on file be used for payment at the end of my service.


Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  1. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  2. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost.
  3. Clients with more than two no-show appointments will not be permitted to rebook with the salon.


Extension Policies & Home Care

  1. All extension orders require a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due at the time of installation.
  2. If I choose not to proceed after ordering, I understand my deposit will not be refunded.
  3. Extension hair may not be returned or refunded once ordered or installed unless covered by a manufacturer warranty.
  4. After two (2) weeks from the initial install, any adjustments or fixes may require an additional service fee.
  5. My stylist may order the closest available match to my desired color or length if the exact option is unavailable, or I may choose to wait for availability.


I agree to follow my stylists recommended home care, maintenance schedule, and product guidance for my extensions. Extensions that are not properly cared for are not the responsibility of the salon.
